Great for traveling with medicines

Excellent cooling for at least 36 hours. I used the XX small cooler for air travel to Caribbean from western US, 36 hours until I had a refrigerator. I used the two, frozen, glacier ice gel refrigerant packs (approximately 4"X 4") and the box my enbrel injections that are delivered to me. The gel packs were still at least half frozen after 36 hours.
The cooler is cumbersome to carry as a carry-on. But, what is the alternative... unusable medicine. I carried it in a reusable grocery bag so I could put it over my shoulder.
